Nick Betts (LLM, BA)
Lawyer
Nick is an experienced lawyer who enjoys working closely with a wide variety of clients. Prior to co-founding Betts Legal, Nick gained experience in private practice at Baker & McKenzie in Melbourne, and then through in-house roles with the Movember Foundation and Bupa. Nick now focuses on property law and commercial law, and prides himself on providing clear, concise legal advice with a view to achieving practical, commercial outcomes for his clients.
Lauren Betts (nee Prest) (LLB, BA)
Lawyer
Lauren commenced practice at top tier firm Herbert Smith Freehills, before moving into an in-house role as corporate counsel of ASX-listed JB Hi-Fi. Lauren’s broad experience allows her to manage a wide range of matters and assist clients with achieving their goals. She is equally comfortable assisting first home buyers with residential conveyancing as she is advising on complex commercial negotiations.
